Frontier is delighted to announce that bookings are now being taken for two half day Appraisee Workshops for SASG doctors in London NHS Trusts.

These free workshops will take place on Wednesday 20 June 2012 and Wednesday 3 October 2012 at a central London venue.

Aim:
To provide an update on the national requirements for appraisal and guidance on collecting supporting evidence for the appraisal portfolio.

Objectives:

• Understand the definitions of appraisal and how it relates to performance management and revalidation
• Become familiar with the core domains and attributes to be appraised
• Understand what will be needed for portfolios and the appraisal documentation
• Become familiar with a framework for conducting appraisals
• Understand what is needed for writing a personal development plan   
  

This course is for SASG doctors in London NHS Trusts.
