Clinical Leadership 360 - Frontier Sponsorship available now

The Leadership Centre at London Deanery, in partnership with Real World Group, have developed a multi-source feedback programme through which clinicians can learn more about and develop their leadership effectiveness.  The Clinical Leadership 360 tool is web-based and provides participants with a bound, collated report on their leadership behaviours, with an emphasis on how they engage  with  others.

For a limited time, SASG doctors will be reimbursed for the full cost of using this tool, which is usually £255.

• The Leadership Centre will reimburse up to 65% of the cost so that for SASG doctors can participate for just £90+VAT.
• Frontier will then reimburse the rest of the cost through the usual sponsorship process (as outlined on the ‘How do I apply?’ page of the Frontier website).
