How do I reclaim my fees?

Frontier sponsorship grants are now paid in one of two ways depending on the value of the grant made.  Smaller payments will now be made directly to individuals.

This has been introduced to

  • reflect the feedback we've received from SASG doctors
  • simplify the majority of claims
  • reduce the time taken to reimburse you for your chosen activity.

 

Under £1000

If your application was for less than £1000 you can claim your reimbursement direct from the Deanery using our claim form.  Please ensure that you attach all receipts or proofs of payment to ensure swift processing of your claim.

Over £1000

For applications in excess of £1000, your reimbursement will still come to you via your trust, but the Deanery will raise a Purchase Order, reducing the amount of paperwork you need to organise.  All you will need to do is send us a Trust Reimbursement form accompanied by proof of payment and we will authorise the transfer of funds.

When sending your claim form, please ensure you retain a photocopy or scanned copy of your proof of payment to reduce delays caused by items being lost in the post.
