What Happens Now?

You've submitted your form, and you're waiting to hear.  Sometimes it can seem like you are waiting for a long time for a response.  To put your mind at ease, here's a little bit of information about the journey your form makes from submission to the communication of our decision.

Logging

After we receive your form, we scan it, save it and log it on our database and send you an acknowledgement email.  We'll look over it, and if we need any more information we'll get back to you.  We can't go any further until we have all the correct information.  Scanning the forms and entering the data takes time; we try to make sure that we send out acknowledgements at least once a week.

Decisions

Frontier exists to provide CPD opportunities to the widest number of London SASG Doctors possible.  As such, new policies have been put in place to ensure that all applications are reviewed fairly and that funding distributed used in the most appropriate way.  As long as your application complies with the policy it relates to, we will aim to review your application and let you know of the outcome within 10 working days.

Communications

You will receive at least two emails from Frontier - an acknowledgement email and an outcome email.  You may also receive a request for more information.

Obviously there will be times when, due to other activity, we are unable to log as quickly or review as frequently as we would like.  During these times we ask for your patience, but if you are ever concerned about whether we have received your application please email frontier@londondeanery.ac.uk and we will be happy to advise you of its status.
